Amanda Richardson, University West of England

Amanda Richardson is a Research Analyst with Hewlett Packard Labs, Bristol. Amanda has over 10 years experience in corporate information services - managing the provision of, and access to, content to support internal client business needs in HP R&D. This has included working globally as part of a geographically dispersed team; collaborating with IT in redesigning the HP Labs Intranet; designing and delivering a global training programme to end-users on online resources; partnering with end-users on research projects and initiating monthly market research updates. Amanda also lectures in Corporate Information as part of the MSc Information & Library Management course at University of the West of England (UWE).
