Hong-Anh works in The King's Fund’s Information and Knowledge Services (IKS) team. Alongside managing the day-to-day running of the library space and public enquiry service, she also leads on current awareness services and social media for the team. Her role includes cataloguing, training and providing research support to the Fund’s policy and leadership and organisational development staff.

Hong-Anh joined the Fund in 2010 with more than ten years' experience in different sectors, including higher education; services for children and young people; museums; and public libraries. She is a fully qualified librarian and graduated from the School of Information at the University of Sheffield in 2010 with a MA in librarianship.
