David Peacock is the Content & Collections (C&C)Manager at the University of Hertfordshire. The C&C team manages the Library systems and Library acquisitions services. He has previously worked in nearly every single library sector: research, public, health and academic. Between 1998 and 2011 he was the Regional Librarian for the NHS Libraries in the North East of England, where he was involved in the strategic coordination of libraries and e-learning. He has previously worked at the Universities of Northumbria and Sunderland.
