Helle Lauridsen is an independent consultant with extensive and varied experience in developing partnerships and relationships between technology and users. A librarian by profession with more than 20 years’ experience in academic libraries, she later changed to the vendor side and has, in her position as Head of Library Relations for ProQuest, working with library technology, discovery and resource management with library customers across Europe and the Middle East. Recently she has focused on research management, LSP adaptation and statistics.

She is contributing to the library community by being active in the Danish Research libraries association and as a member of the executive committee of UKSG.
