Discounts
Organisations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly by the
following rates for full conference registrations only.
Up to 14 September:
First person £481.75 (£410.00 + VAT); second person and all additional
registrants £289.05 (£246.00 + VAT).
After 14 September:
First person £540.50 (£460.00 + VAT); second person and all additional
registrants £324.30 (£276.00 + VAT).

CILIP Member Discount
Information Today is pleased to announce a special 20% discount off
the full two-day conference fee for CILIP members. The fee for CILIP
members is therefore: £368.00 + VAT, total payable £432.40.
Registration Desk Hours
Registration desks will normally open at 08:00 each morning. Full
information on registration opening times and location will be sent
with confirmation of registration.

High Street Kensington underground station is on the Circle and District
lines. From Kensington High Street turn into Wrights Lane and the hotel is

Cancellations and Substitutions
No refunds will be allowed for non-attendance or cancellation after 14
September 2007. An Administrative fee of £50 (+VAT) will be charged
for any cancellation received after a firm booking has been made.
Substitutions for the same amount of fees may be made until 14 September 2007. Please indicate the name and the title of the person
who will be replacing the original registrant. After 14 September all
changes must be made at the conference.
NOTE: The organisers and management of Internet Librarian International
2007 reserve the right to make necessary changes in this programme. Every
effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers as represented.
However, unforeseen circumstances may result in substitution of a
presentation topic and/or speaker. Information Today, Inc. assumes no liability
for the acts of their suppliers nor for the safety of any Internet Librarian
International 2007 participant while in transit to or from this event. The total
liability during the precise hours of the meeting will be limited to a refund of
the delegate fee.
