Bethan works for Jisc, the UK higher, further education and skills sectors’ not-for-profit organisation for digital services and solutions. She is currently managing the project to create a national Bibliographic Knowledgebase.

Bethan is a Chartered member of CILIP, working towards Fellowship, and author of the New Professional's Toolkit (Facet, 2012).
