Christel Olsson works as a teaching librarian at the University Library of Borås. With many years of work experience she has done everything from teaching, marketing and working with social media to inter library loan and managing the library website.

Regardless of what she has been doing or what department at the Library she has belonged to, she has always somehow been working very actively and consciously with customer relations and customer services.

She has a M.Sc. in Library and Information Studies and a minor in English and Litterature.
