Leanna Fry Balci is an Instructional Design Librarian. She develops curriculum and instructional products for the Harold B. Lee Library at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Her research focus is information literacy and English language learners, and she teaches information literacy classes to first-year and advanced composition students. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in English from Brigham Young University and a graduate degree in information science from Florida State University. She is currently working on a doctorate in instructional design with a specialization in second language acquisition.
