Tove Lekselius is the Manager of Customer Services at the Library at the University Library of Borås. With more than 20 years of work experience in the library world she has done everything from aqusitions, inter library loans and circulation to marketing and managing the library economy etc.

Regardless of what she has been doing or what department at the Library she has belonged to, she has always somehow been working very actively and consciously with customer relations and customer services.
